JAM Co. is looking for someone early in their career who is creative, organised, accountable and ready to learn fast.

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Chennai, where you’ll work across multiple client accounts as well as JAM Co.’s own internal content.

What you’ll be doing

- Handle and coordinate multiple client social media accounts
- Come up with creative content ideas for client brands and JAM Co.’s internal marketing
- Build content calendars and work with the team to ensure they are followed and executed on time
- Coordinate with designers, editors, content creators and clients across different accounts
- Take ownership of posting schedules, content requirements and day-to-day account coordination
- Shoot straightforward, good-quality content on an iPhone for JAM Co. and for clients when required
- Attend client meetings and travel across Chennai when needed
- Support internal content creation, trend-based ideas and campaign execution
- Learn and use scheduling tools, Meta Business Suite and other social media tools as required

What we’re looking for

- 0–1 year of experience in social media, content or a related field
- Must own an iPhone
- Must be fluent in spoken Tamil, English and Hindi
- Ability to read these languages is preferred




- Strong creative thinking and a genuine interest in brands, content and social media
- Ability to manage multiple accounts without losing track of timelines
- Willingness to take accountability and follow through on work
- Must be ready to learn, experiment and adapt quickly
- Must be comfortable travelling across Chennai for meetings and shoots

Added advantages

- Basic Canva knowledge
- Experience with social media scheduling tools
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite
- Previous exposure to Meta Ads Manager

Location: Chennai

Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month, based on portfolio, resume and relevant experience

Standard working hours are 10 AM to 7 PM, but timings may occasionally vary depending on campaigns, shoots and posting schedules.

Hybrid at JAM Co. does not always mean office + home. Some days may be from the office, some from home, and some may involve working from a client’s location.

We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just want to “manage Instagram,” (because Instagram ≠ social media of course) but wants to understand brands, come up with ideas, create content and take real ownership of the accounts they handle.
