Role Description

As a Freelance UGC Creator & Social Media Influencer (m/f/d), you will create authentic and engaging short-form video content for RechtX’s social media channels, campaigns, product launches and educational content.

We are looking for creators who are already active on social media and have built an engaged audience of their own. You should be comfortable appearing on camera, understand how to create content that reaches and engages people, and have proven experience growing or maintaining a social media presence.

We are particularly interested in creators producing content in Arabic, English, Turkish, Hindi, Urdu, Ukrainian, Russian or German.

Your Responsibilities

- Create and appear in short-form videos, Reels and UGC-style content
- Develop engaging concepts, scripts and strong hooks
- Film and edit high-quality social media content independently
- Present information naturally and confidently on camera
- Turn complex topics into simple, relatable and engaging videos
- Create content optimised for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn
- Use your understanding of social media trends, audience behaviour and content performance to improve reach and engagement
- Add subtitles, animated text, transitions and appropriate sound design
- Maintain RechtX’s visual identity and brand consistency
- Deliver agreed content and project assets in the required formats

Your Profile

- Professional proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Arabic, English,



Turkish, Hindi, Urdu, Ukrainian, Russian or German
- Proven experience as a content creator, UGC creator or influencer is required
- An established Instagram or TikTok presence with at least 10,000 followers on one platform and demonstrable audience engagement
- Strong and demonstrable audience reach and engagement
- You must provide links to your Instagram and/or TikTok profiles as part of your application
- Confident, natural and engaging on-camera presence
- Strong portfolio of Reels, TikToks, UGC or other short-form content
- Experience filming and editing your own content
- Strong understanding of social media trends, hooks, pacing and storytelling
- Ability to explain complex subjects in a simple and engaging way
- Qualified and reliable communication

- This opportunity is intended for self-employed professionals. Individual projects are agreed separately in writing, including scope, deliverables, timeline and remuneration. Freelancers independently organise their working methods, working time and equipment within the agreed project requirements and invoice RechtX for the services provided.
