About Job

Blessing Exports is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media & Content Creation Executive to strengthen its digital presence and create engaging content for its brand and products.

This position is suitable for freshers and candidates with up to 6 months of relevant experience who are passionate about social media, photography/videography, reels, and digital content.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain the company's social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Create engaging Reels, short-form videos, product photos, stories, posts, and promotional content.
- Plan and maintain a weekly/monthly social media content calendar.
- Research trending reels, sounds, hashtags, content formats, and industry trends.
- Write creative captions, headlines, hooks, and basic marketing copy.
- Shoot and edit basic product videos, behind-the-scenes content, and promotional videos.
- Assist in product photography and video shoots.
- Use tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar editing tools to create content.
- Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and management teams to understand products and create relevant content.
- Monitor social media engagement, reach, followers, and other basic performance metrics.
- Respond to comments and messages and support audience engagement.
- Generate new content ideas to improve brand visibility and engagement.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and competitor activities.
- Support digital marketing campaigns, exhibitions, product launches, and other promotional activities.

Required Skills





- Strong interest in social media and content creation.
- Creative mindset with an eye for photography, video, and visual storytelling.
- Valuable knowledge of Instagram and short-form video content.
- Basic video editing skills.
- Basic knowledge of Canva and/or Cap Cut will be preferred.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to write simple, engaging captions and content.
- Good understanding of current social media trends.
- Energetic, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Eligibility

- Education: Graduate or pursuing graduation in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Digital Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: 0–6 months in social media, content creation, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with a personal social media page, content portfolio, sample reels, photography work, or previous social media projects will have an advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile We are looking for someone who:

- Is comfortable being around cameras and creating short-form videos.
- Understands what makes content engaging on Instagram and other platforms.
- Is willing to visit the workplace/product locations for shoots when required.
- Can come up with fresh content ideas rather than simply following existing formats.
- Is enthusiastic about learning social media marketing, branding, photography, and video editing.
- Takes ownership of assigned content and meets deadlines.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
