Role Description The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day execution of architecture and interior projects in Chandigarh. This is a full-time, on-site role for a professional with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in construction and site supervision

The role involves coordinating contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and labour teams, monitoring site progress, and ensuring that all work is executed accurately as per approved drawings, specifications, timelines, and quality standards. The Site Supervisor will work closely with the project architects and management team to ensure smooth coordination between design and execution.

Responsibilities will include regular site inspections, coordinating multiple trades, monitoring workmanship and finishes, managing material requirements, tracking project progress, resolving site-level issues, and ensuring timely completion of project milestones. The Site Supervisor will be expected to maintain the design intent while ensuring practical, efficient, and high-quality execution on site.

Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in site supervision and construction execution.




- Proven experience in supervising architecture and interior projects .
- Ability to read, understand, and accurately execute architectural, interior, structural, and detailed working drawings.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, finishes, detailing, and on-site execution.
- Experience coordinating civil, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, flooring, false ceilings, painting, furniture, and other interior trades.
- Ability to coordinate contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and labour teams effectively.
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, site planning, and project scheduling.
- Ability to monitor workmanship and ensure execution meets approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Experience with material coordination, site measurements, material requirements, deliveries, and minimizing wastage.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills, including maintaining daily site updates, progress reports, and records.
- Ability to identify and resolve site-related issues in coordination with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and coordinate multiple teams on site.
- Knowledge of basic site safety practices and construction quality control.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple activities simultaneously.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience with high-quality residential or commercial architecture and interior projects will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with contractors, vendors, and construction practices in Chandigarh and the surrounding region will be an advantage.
