We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily site operations, coordinate with workers and contractors, and ensure work is completed as per the required quality and timeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor daily in office activities and workforce.
- Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and instructions.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, technicians, and site workers.
- Monitor work progress and maintain daily site activity reports.
- Ensure timely availability and proper use of materials and equipment.
- Check the quality of work and report any issues to the concerned management.
- Maintain discipline, safety,
and cleanliness at the site.
- Assist in resolving day-to-day site-related operational issues.
- Coordinate with engineers and management regarding project progress.
- Ensure assigned work is completed within the scheduled timeline.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in site supervision, construction, interior, civil, or related projects.
- Good knowledge of site operations and workforce coordination.
- Ability to read and understand basic drawings and specifications.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple workers and manage daily site activities efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting will be an added advantage.
