ETS SITE SUPERVISOR TRANSPORT OPERATIONS

ROLE SUMMARY

We are looking for a responsible, disciplined, and hands-on ETS Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day Employee Transportation Services (ETS) operations at the client site.

The candidate will be responsible for vehicle deployment, driver coordination, trip execution, employee safety, client coordination, and ensuring smooth and timely transportation operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage daily Employee Transportation Services (ETS) operations at the assigned site.
- Ensure timely deployment of vehicles as per planned schedules and routes.
- Monitor daily vehicle movement, trips, reporting, and utilization.
- Coordinate with drivers and transport vendors for smooth operations.
- Handle driver issues, vehicle breakdowns, delays, and route-related challenges.
- Ensure 100% trip execution and minimize service disruptions.
- Monitor driver attendance, punctuality, discipline, grooming, and behaviour.
- Ensure drivers follow company safety policies and transport procedures.
- Verify vehicle documents, permits, fitness, insurance, PUC, and other required compliance documents.
- Coordinate with the client/site team regarding daily transportation requirements and escalations.
- Handle employee transportation complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain daily transport records, trip sheets, attendance, vehicle deployment, and incident reports.
- Prepare and submit daily / weekly MIS reports to management.
- Monitor vehicle cleanliness, condition, and service quality.
- Coordinate with Fleet and Maintenance teams for servicing and breakdown management.




- Conduct regular driver briefings regarding safety, customer service, route discipline, and company SOPs.
- Ensure compliance with client requirements and company operational standards.
- Support audits and maintain proper transportation documentation.

CORE INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL Candidates must have hands-on experience in:

Employee Transportation | Transport Operations | Fleet Operations | Car Rental | Corporate Transportation | Ground Transportation

Core Transport Industry experience is mandatory.

REQUIRED SKILLS

- Good knowledge of transport and fleet operations.
- Strong driver and vendor coordination skills.
- Valuable problem-solving and crisis-management abilities.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Strong follow-up and monitoring skills.
- Ability to work in shifts and manage time-sensitive operations.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.
- Strong focus on safety, discipline, and customer service.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle operational emergencies.

QUALIFICATION Graduate / Diploma in any discipline.

EXPERIENCE

Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in Transport / ETS / Fleet / Employee Transportation Operations.

Candidates with experience handling corporate employee transportation operations at a client site will be preferred.
