- Site Reliability & Production Support Engineer with 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications and mission-critical platforms within the Cards & Payments domain.
- Experienced in Application Support, Splunk Monitoring, ITIL Service Management, Incident & Problem Management, API Testing, Production Deployments,



and Reliability Engineering.
- Good expertise in card management systems, digital card issuing, tokenization, payment processing, and digital wallet technologies.
- Skilled in troubleshooting complex production incidents, performing root cause analysis, implementing automation solutions, and improving system reliability through proactive monitoring and operational excellence.
- Adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver highly available, secure, and performant payment services.
