- Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of observability tools and practices, including Splunk, Honeycomb, CloudWatch, Dynatrace, and AppDynamics.
- Develop and maintain metrics and dashboards, including SLI/SLO/SLA generation and JIRA dashboards.
- Implement advanced monitoring and alerting methodologies, such as CASE, anomaly detection, and synthetic monitoring.
- Drive automation and resilience using tools like Blue Prism, Python, and UiPath, and techniques such as Chaos Engineering and FMEA.
- Align observability goals with business outcomes and OKRs through strategic thinking.
