Job Overview & Core Purpose:

- Role Summary: Directs overall showroom performance, bridges client design needs with retail sales, and ensures high visual and operational standards.
- Primary Goal: Meet or exceed revenue targets while delivering an inspiring, high-end customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Revenue Growth

- Drive monthly and yearly sales targets for the showroom and individual team members.
- Handle high-ticket consultations, negotiations, and closing strategies for indecisive or luxury clients.
- Build long-term relationships with interior designers, architects, and corporate clients.

Visual Merchandising & Showroom Standards
- Oversee floor design, product placement, and seasonal layout changes to create welcoming, engaging spaces.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or Interior Design is preferred.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of retail management experience in home furnishings, high-end consumer goods, or interior products.
- Skills: Solid leadership, active listening, negotiation, and visual styling capabilities.
- Technical Knowledge:



Proficiency with POS (Point of Sales) system,software, and basic digital marketing/social media tools.
- Ensure all samples, lighting, and displays reflect luxury brand standards.
- Coordinate with inventory teams to keep products well-stocked and floor models pristine.

Team Leadership & Training
- Hire, onboard, and mentor sales associates and design consultants.
- Conduct daily or weekly team huddles to review performance metrics and product knowledge.
- Serve as a role model for customer service and advanced closing techniques.

Operations & Administration
- Manage daily opening/closing procedures, scheduling, and general upkeep.
- Monitor inventory levels, process orders, and handle customer complaints or returns.
- Prepare regular sales reports, foot-traffic analytics, and performance evaluations for upper management.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
