We are looking for a dynamic, responsible and result-oriented Showroom Manager to take complete ownership of our two-wheeler sales showroom.
The ideal candidate should be hands-on, customer-focused, commercially solid and capable of leading a sales team independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, weekly and daily sales targets.
- Manage the complete funnel: Enquiry → Follow-up → Booking → Billing → Delivery → Review.
- Lead, motivate and monitor the sales team and individual performance.
- Ensure 100% enquiry and follow-up discipline through CRM.
- Monitor Finance, Insurance, Exchange and Accessories performance.
- Control stock, bookings, payments and delivery readiness.
- Maintain accurate daily MIS, collections, receivables and P&L;.
- Ensure excellent customer experience and generate Google Reviews/referrals.
- Identify problems quickly and take corrective action without waiting for instructions.
Candidate Profile
- 3+ years experience in two-wheeler/automobile dealership sales.
- Experience managing a sales team preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation and customer-handling skills.
- Good knowledge of CRM, Excel, Finance, Insurance and Exchange.
- Strong target orientation and accountability.
