- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets for motorcycles and scooters.
- Manage and motivate the showroom sales team.
- Allocate sales targets to individual sales executives and monitor performance.
- Handle walk-in customers and ensure proper product demonstrations.
- Explain vehicle features, pricing, finance options, exchange offers, and schemes to customers.
- Generate leads through showroom visits, phone calls, referrals, and local marketing.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
- Coordinate with finance companies, insurance providers, and the RTO for smooth vehicle delivery.
- Monitor daily sales, bookings, test rides, cancellations, and deliveries.
- Maintain customer relationships and encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports for the dealer or management.
- Monitor competitors, market trends, and local sales activities.
- Ensure showroom discipline, product display, and proper customer handling.
