Role & responsibilities

Develop and deliver ServiceNow ITSM and Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) solutions, working effectively in high-pressure projects with aggressive timelines and critical delivery milestones. Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog, Demand, Project, Resource, and Portfolio Management. Develop client scripts, business rules, script includes, UI policies/actions, workflows/flows, integrations, and custom applications while following ServiceNow best practices. Work closely with solution architects, consultants, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, high-quality technical solutions and resolve complex technical challenges. Lead technical activities across development, integration, testing, deployment, and production support, ensuring issues and dependencies are addressed quickly to meet tight deadlines.

- Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot performance and integration issues, and ensure solutions meet **ServiceNow standards, security requirements, maintainability, and project quality objectives*
