Roles and Responsibilities :
- Conduct thorough vehicle evaluations to identify defects and recommend necessary repairs.
- Coordinate with body shops and technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with customers about repair estimates, scheduling, and progress updates.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, diagnoses, and repairs.
Job Requirements :
- 2-12 years of experience in automobile service or related field (e.g., PDI).
- Solid knowledge of vehicle mechanics and diagnostic techniques.
- Ability to evaluate vehicles for damage assessment and estimate costs accurately.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers.
