About the Role

We’re looking for a performance-driven SEO Specialist to own organic growth across technical SEO, content, search visibility, and emerging AI search.

The role will focus on improving rankings, qualified organic traffic, leads, and conversions while keeping up with how search is evolving.

Key Responsibilities 1. SEO Strategy & Content

- Conduct keyword research, intent analysis, clustering, and competitor gap analysis
- Build SEO content roadmaps aligned with business goals
- Optimize existing content for rankings, CTR, engagement, and conversions
- Build topical authority through content clusters and internal linking

2. Technical SEO

- Conduct regular technical SEO audits
- Identify and resolve crawling, indexing, canonical, duplicate content, and broken-link issues
- Optimize Core Web Vitals, page speed, mobile experience, XML sitemaps, and robots.txt
- Implement and manage relevant Schema Markup / Structured Data

3. AI Search / AIO / GEO

- Improve brand visibility across Google AI Overviews, AI Mode, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and emerging search experiences
- Optimize content for AI discoverability, citations, and entity understanding
- Track emerging AI search opportunities and experiment with new optimization approaches

4. Authority & Off-Page SEO

- Build high-quality backlinks through digital PR, outreach, guest content, and relevant industry opportunities
- Strengthen domain and topical authority




- Work with content and PR teams to improve overall search visibility

5. Local & Entity SEO

- Improve visibility for location-based searches where relevant
- Strengthen brand/entity consistency across search platforms
- Work on Local SEO, Google Business Profile, and location-specific opportunities

6. Analytics & Growth

- Track organic traffic, rankings, CTR, leads, conversions, and revenue
- Use Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Looker Studio
- Prepare monthly reports with insights, opportunities, and action plans
- Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and emerging SEO trends

Requirements

- 2–4 years of hands-on SEO experience
- Strong understanding of technical, on-page, content, and off-page SEO
- Practical knowledge of Core Web Vitals and Schema Markup
- Experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush/Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, GA4, and Search Console
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to connect SEO activity with business and conversion outcomes
- Interest in AI Search, AIO/GEO, and the future of search

Nice to Have

- Experience with WordPress, Webflow, or Shopify
- Local, international, or multi-location SEO experience
- CRO knowledge
- Digital PR or link-building experience
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, nutrition, or other YMYL industries
