About the RoleWe are looking for a Senior Video Editor who is fast, creative, and highly comfortable with short-form content.

You will be responsible for creating high-quality Reels, short-form videos, school content, educational content, brand films, and social media creatives for CreativeED and our school partners.

We are looking for someone who understands modern short-form editing, AI-powered workflows, fast cuts, motion graphics, storytelling, and visual communication.

What You'll Do

- Edit engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and short-form videos
- Edit content specifically for schools, students and educational brands
- Create fast-paced edits with strong hooks, transitions, pacing and storytelling
- Use AI tools to speed up research, editing, captioning, ideation and production
- Create motion graphics, text animations and visual effects
- Add sound design, music, SFX, subtitles and other elements that improve retention
- Turn raw footage into engaging social-media-first content
- Work with the creative/content team to execute concepts quickly
- Maintain consistency in visual style and brand guidelines
- Handle multiple projects and deliver within deadlines
- Continuously experiment with new editing styles, AI tools and content formats

What We're Looking For
- 2–3+ years of professional video editing experience




- Strong portfolio of short-form/Reels content
- Excellent understanding of pacing, storytelling and retention
- Strong knowledge of DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or similar
- Good understanding of motion graphics and animation
- Comfortable working with AI-powered creative and editing tools
- Good understanding of typography, composition and visual design
- Strong sense of music, sound design and timing
- Ability to work quickly without compromising quality
- Ability to take feedback and improve work quickly
- Experience with education/school content is a strong advantage

Must Have
- Your own laptop capable of professional video editing
- Strong short-form editing portfolio
- Good understanding of AI tools and workflows
- Ability to work full-time from our Bangalore office
- Solid attention to detail
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
