Key roles and responsibilities:

- Complete Recruitment process: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical positions, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and negotiating offers.
- Strategic Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including online channels, social media, professional networks, and industry events, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with hiring managers & functional heads to understand their staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and create effective recruitment strategies.
- Candidate Assessment: Evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit to ensure alignment with the company's values and goals.
- Candidate Experience: Provide positive and professional experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks,



and best practices in technical recruitment to continuously improve and optimize the hiring process.
- Create Pipelines: Build and maintain a talent pipeline for key technical roles to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.
- Employer Branding: Contribute to the development and promotion of the company's employer brand to attract top talent.

Qualifications:

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related field.
- 5–7 years of overall recruitment experience, with proven expertise in non-technical recruitment.
- Strong understanding of technical roles and the ability to assess technical skills and candidate suitability.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and hiring requirements.
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and time-management skills.
- Positive knowledge of applicable employment laws, regulations, and recruitment practices.
- Awareness of current talent acquisition trends and best practices, including sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, and employer branding.
- Strong ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding.
