- Plan vs Actual Shift: Ensure achievement of shift production plan and take timely action on deviations.
- 5S: Ensure 5S compliance and sustain workplace standards within the assigned area.
- Booking Entry Accuracy: Ensure timely and accurate production booking with zero/minimum discrepancies.
- Floor Return: Control and track floor returns to ensure proper identification, recording, and disposition.
- OEE: Monitor and improve OEE by reducing downtime, performance losses, and quality losses.
