About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer with strong experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, REST APIs, and enterprise integrations. The role involves developing and supporting Salesforce solutions in an enterprise environment while following structured SDLC, Agile, deployment, and version-control practices.

The candidate will design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions supporting core business and CRM processes. The role requires hands-on experience with Marketing Cloud and Service Cloud, along with a strong understanding of the Salesforce data model and enterprise application integrations.

The position involves working with Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, REST APIs, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, as well as Salesforce deployment and packaging tools such as Metadata API, Change Sets, and Ant. The candidate will collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver reliable solutions and maintain code quality through unit testing and validation.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Build Salesforce components using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components.
- Develop and integrate REST APIs with Salesforce and enterprise applications.
- Design and manage Salesforce objects, relationships, and data models.
- Support Marketing Cloud and Service Cloud administration and development activities.
- Perform unit testing, code validation, deployment, packaging,



and version management.
- Work within SDLC and Agile methodologies to deliver Salesforce solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to support CRM business processes.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should have 7–11 years of experience, including significant Salesforce development experience in enterprise environments and strong hands-on expertise in Marketing Cloud and Service Cloud. The candidate should demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, and the ability to work independently in an Agile workplace.
