Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Interior Supervisor to oversee and manage interior fit-out and execution work at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality workmanship, timely completion, coordination with contractors and vendors, and smooth day-to-day site operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily interior and fit-out work at the project site.
- Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other vendors.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, BOQ, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor manpower, material availability, and daily work progress.
- Identify and resolve on-site execution issues.
- Maintain daily progress reports and update the project/team management.
- Check measurements and quality of completed work.
- Coordinate with project managers, designers, engineers, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure proper handling and utilization of materials to minimize wastage.




- Monitor site cleanliness, safety, and discipline.
- Follow up with vendors and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of assigned work.
- Assist in site measurements, material verification, and final handover.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in interior fit-out, construction, or turnkey projects.
- Positive knowledge of carpentry, false ceiling, flooring, painting, electrical, plumbing, and finishing works.
- Ability to read and understand interior drawings and layouts.
- Strong coordination and manpower management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Ability to handle multiple activities and work under deadlines.

Experience

2–5 years of relevant experience in interior fit-out, construction, or turnkey projects.

Salary

As per experience and interview performance.

Joining: Immediate / As per availability

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
