Qualification Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Commerce, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, admissions, counselling, or a similar sales role
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and convert leads
- Excellent follow-up, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working in a target-driven, on-site environment
- Experience in study abroad / international education / admissions sales will be an added advantage
- Candidates should be confident, self-motivated, and customer-focused
