Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior RPA & Agentic Automation Developer to join Intelligent Automation team of Boundaryless.

The successful candidate will bring strong hands-on expertise in automation, solid software engineering skills, and practical experience designing and developing agentic automation solutions.

This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who has progressed beyond traditional RPA and is comfortable working across UiPath, n8n, Python, APIs, LLMs and coded agents. You will design and deliver enterprise automation solutions that combine deterministic automation with intelligent reasoning, enterprise knowledge, system integrations and human decision-making.

You should be equally comfortable developing a robust automation, writing Python code, integrating enterprise APIs, and contributing to the design and development of agentic workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test and deploy enterprise-grade automation solutions using UiPath, n8n, Python and related technologies.
- Take technical ownership across the automation lifecycle, from requirements and solution design through development, testing, deployment and production support.
- Apply strong UiPath engineering practices including REFramework, Queues, Assets, Triggers, reusable libraries, exception handling, retry mechanisms, logging and monitoring.
- Develop Python-based components, services and coded agents to complement and extend traditional automation capabilities.
- Integrate automation solutions with enterprise applications, databases and services using REST APIs, JSON and other integration mechanisms.
- Design solutions that use Large Language Models (LLMs) for reasoning, classification, extraction, decision support and other appropriate enterprise use cases.
- Apply prompt and context engineering techniques,



including structured outputs, model selection and context management, to improve reliability and consistency.
- Design Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions that provide controlled access to enterprise documents and knowledge using embeddings, retrieval techniques and vector databases. Develop agents that securely interact with enterprise systems through tool/function calling, APIs and Model Context Protocol (MCP), where appropriate.
- Design and implement stateful agentic workflows involving routing, task decomposition, memory, retries, conditional execution and agent-to-agent hand-offs.
- Incorporate human-in-the-loop controls, approvals and escalation points where autonomous execution is not appropriate.
- Implement evaluation, tracing and observability to monitor agent decisions, tool usage, failures, response quality and operational performance.
- Ensure solutions comply with enterprise security and governance requirements, including authentication, authorization, credential management, least-privilege access, data privacy, auditability and appropriate guardrails.
- Participate in technical and architectural reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of automation engineering standards.
- Provide technical guidance, code reviews and mentoring to other developers where required.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline is preferred; equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in automation, software engineering, or related technology roles.




- Demonstrated hands-on capability in at least one core automation technology: UiPath, n8n or Python, with the ability to work across multiple technologies being highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of enterprise automation design, development, testing, and production deployment.
- Practical experience with APIs, integrations, and software engineering practices.
- Experience or demonstrated capability in developing coded agents and agentic automation workflows.
- Working knowledge of LLMs, RAG, context engineering, tool calling and orchestration concepts.
- Understanding of enterprise security, governance, observability and human-in-the-loop requirements for agentic automation.

Certification Relevant professional certifications are preferred.

- For UiPath professionals, Automation Developer Skilled (UiADP) is preferred as a minimum, ideally complemented by UiPath Automation Solution Architect Professional (UiASAP) and/or relevant UiPath Agentic Automation credentials.
- For n8n professionals, recognised professional credentials from N8N is preferred.
- For Pro Code Developers , strong Python development capability is expected; experience with additional languages such as C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, R or Scala is an advantage.
- Additional credentials or formal training from recognised automation, cloud, and AI technology providers such as Anthropic, Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud or similar organisations will be considered an advantage.
