Role Description The Senior Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Connaught Place, responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of high-value clients across Choice’s investment and wealth management offerings. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining strong client relationships, understanding client financial goals, and recommending suitable products and services such as equities, derivatives, mutual funds, insurance, and lending solutions.
The role involves regular client meetings, portfolio reviews, and proactive communication to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
The Senior Relationship
Manager collaborates with internal product, research, and operations teams to deliver timely insights,
resolve service issues, and ensure smooth execution of client transactions. The position also includes identifying new business opportunities, achieving revenue and growth targets, adhering to regulatory and compliance standards, and maintaining accurate documentation and reporting.
Qualifications
- Strong client relationship management and customer service skills, with the ability to understand and align with client financial goals.
- Proven experience in sales and business development within financial services, wealth management, or stock broking, including achieving revenue and growth targets.
- Solid knowledge of capital markets, investment products (equities, derivatives, mutual funds, IPOs), insurance, and lending solutions.
- Competence in using digital platforms, CRM tools, and standard office applications to manage client portfolios and reporting.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in clear, accessible language.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, including aptitude for interpreting market research and recommending suitable investment strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; relevant certifications in securities, wealth management, or financial planning are an advantage.
- Demonstrated integrity, adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements, and a commitment to investor protection and ethical practices.
