Roles and Responsibilities

- Lead internal audits for QMS (Quality Management System) compliance, ensuring adherence to ISO standards such as IATF 16949:2018.

- Develop and implement quality management systems, including MSA , VDA , and plastic molding processes.

- Own the quality function, driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

- Ensure effective communication of quality policies, procedures, and expectations throughout the organization.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 16-26 years of experience in a similar role within an automotive industry setting.

- Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Tech / B.E.).

- Proven expertise in IATF Internal Auditor certification; knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel).

- Robust understanding of QMS implementation principles; ability to develop MSA reports using statistical methods.
