nnPainterior Group is looking for an experienced and highly capable Senior Project Manager – Corporate Interiors to lead and manage large-scale corporate interior projects from planning and pre-construction through execution, finishing and final handover.

nnThe ideal candidate will have strong experience in commercial and corporate interior projects , with proven expertise in project execution, finishing, site management, client coordination, consultants, contractors, vendors and project commercials.

nnThis is a senior leadership position for a professional who can independently take ownership of projects and ensure quality, timelines, cost control and client satisfaction .

nn## Key Responsibilities

nn### 1. Project Planning & Execution

nn Take complete responsibility for end-to-end execution of corporate interior projects.

nReview project drawings, specifications, BOQs, schedules and contractual requirements.

n Prepare and monitor detailed project execution plans and timelines.

nEnsure projects are delivered within agreed time, cost and quality parameters.

n Identify potential project risks and implement corrective actions proactively.

nMonitor project progress against approved schedules and milestones.

nn### 2. Corporate Interior Execution

nn Lead execution of high-end corporate office and commercial interior projects.

nManage civil, interior finishing, false ceiling, flooring, partitions, carpentry, painting, furniture and other interior works.

n Coordinate MEP services including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, fire alarm, ELV and other building services.

nEnsure proper coordination between architectural, interior design and MEP drawings.

n Ensure execution is carried out strictly as per approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.

nn### 3. Site & Team Management

nnLead and manage project managers, site engineers, supervisors, foremen and subcontractors.

n Plan manpower and resources according to project requirements.

nConduct regular site meetings and progress reviews.

n Ensure effective coordination between design, procurement, commercial and execution teams.

nBuild a strong site execution culture focused on quality, safety and productivity.

nn### 4. Client & Consultant Coordination





nn Act as the senior point of contact for clients during project execution.

nCoordinate with architects, interior designers, PMC teams, consultants and client representatives.

n Attend project review meetings and present progress, issues and action plans.

nManage client expectations and ensure timely resolution of project-related issues.

n Maintain robust professional relationships with key stakeholders.

nn### 5. Vendor & Subcontractor Management

nnIdentify, evaluate and coordinate with subcontractors, vendors and specialist agencies.

n Ensure contractors understand drawings, specifications, scope and quality requirements.

nMonitor contractor performance, productivity and work quality.

n Ensure timely mobilization and deployment of manpower and resources.

nResolve site-level coordination and execution issues with contractors.

nn### 6. Procurement & Material Management

nn Coordinate with procurement teams for timely availability of project materials.

nReview material specifications and ensure materials comply with approved standards.

n Monitor material requirements, delivery schedules and site consumption.

nMinimize material wastage and ensure efficient utilization of resources.

nn### 7. Cost & Commercial Control

nn Monitor project budgets and execution costs.

nReview BOQs, work orders, rate analysis and subcontractor quotations.

n Coordinate with the commercial team for measurements, RA bills, variations and final accounts.

nIdentify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

n Control project variations and additional works through proper approvals.

nn### 8. Quality Control

nnEstablish and maintain high standards of workmanship and finishing.

n Ensure mock-ups and samples are approved before mass execution.

nConduct regular quality inspections.

n Ensure all finishing works meet project specifications and client expectations.

nDrive snagging, rectification and final quality closure before handover.

nn### 9. Project Handover

nn Plan and manage project completion and handover activities.

nEnsure all snags and punch points are closed within agreed timelines.

n Coordinate testing, commissioning and documentation wherever applicable.

nEnsure submission of as-built drawings, warranties, manuals and other handover documents.





nn## Candidate Profile

nnWe are looking for a hands-on senior professional who combines strong project management skills with deep practical knowledge of interior execution and finishing.

nn### Required Experience

nn 12–15+ years of overall experience in interior execution / project management.

nStrong experience in corporate offices, commercial interiors, premium residential or hospitality projects.

n Proven experience managing large-scale interior projects from start to handover.

nStrong knowledge of interior finishing and construction methodologies.

n Experience managing multiple contractors, vendors and site teams.

nExperience dealing directly with clients, consultants and PMC teams.

nn### Technical & Professional Skills

nn Strong knowledge of corporate interior execution.

nExcellent understanding of drawings and technical specifications.

n Strong knowledge of BOQ, estimation, costing and billing.

nGood understanding of MEP coordination.

n Strong project planning and scheduling skills.

nStrong vendor and subcontractor management skills.

n Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

nStrong leadership and team-management capabilities.

n Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera and MS Excel would be an advantage.

nKnowledge of AutoCAD and ability to understand technical drawings is essential.

nn## Educational Qualification

nnDiploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management or a related field.

nnRelevant extensive industry experience may be considered in lieu of formal qualifications.

nnThe ideal candidate is someone who has grown through the execution side of the interiors industry and can independently manage a project rather than only supervise individual activities.

nnWe are particularly interested in professionals who have successfully delivered large corporate offices, commercial spaces, premium residences, hotels or other high-value interior projects and are comfortable managing clients, consultants, contractors, vendors and internal teams.

nnThis is a leadership role for a person who can take complete ownership of project delivery.
