Location: Koramangala, Bangalore | Reports to: Ravi Agrawal

Working Setup: 6 day working week => 5 WFO + 1 WFH as Real Estate is weekend heavy

Leave Policy: 2 additional WFHs + 2 Pink WFHs (For women) + 1 Casual + 1 Sick Leave per month

We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead design at Propsoch. You will own end-to-end product design from defining problems and exploring solutions to shipping beautiful, high-impact experiences that customers love. You'll work at the intersection of user needs, business goals, and technical constraints to create products that are not just functional, but delightful. You'll establish design standards, mentor junior designers, and raise the bar for design excellence across the organization. What It Takes to Be Successful in This Job

Must-Haves:

Experience:

- 4-6 years of product design experience, ideally at startups or fast-growing companies




- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design (research → design → shipped products)
- Experience designing for web and mobile (responsive design, native apps)
- Track record of shipping impactful products that users love

Design Craft:

- Exceptional visual design skills: typography, color, layout, composition
- Strong UX design skills: user flows, information architecture, interaction design
- Proficiency in Figma
- Understanding of design systems and component-based design
- Experience with prototyping tools and methods

User-Centered Thinking:

- Deep empathy for users: conducts user research, synthesizes insights, validates assumptions
- Ability to translate user needs into elegant design solutions
- Experience with usability testing and iterating based on feedback
- Data-informed design decisions (analyzes metrics, A/B tests, user behavior)

Execution & Ownership:

- High autonomy: can take a problem and run with it from concept to launch
- Strong project management: manages timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations
- Attention to detail: sweats the small stuff, ensures pixel-perfect execution
- Pragmatic: knows when to ship good-enough vs. when to polish further

- Excellent communication: articulates design decisions clearly, influences without authority
- Works seamlessly with PM and engineering: understands technical constraints, business goals

Nice-to-Haves:

- Experience in proptech, fintech, or high-consideration purchase categories
- Experience building design systems from scratch
- Front-end development skills (HTML/CSS/JavaScript basics)
- Experience with motion design, illustration, or brand design
- Experience mentoring or managing designers
- Familiarity with Bangalore / Mumbai or general Indian real estate market
- AI Fluency
