We are seeking a skilled

Senior Pega Developer to design, develop, and implement enterprise-level applications using the Pegasystems platform. The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on experience in

Pega PRPC (Pega Platform)

, business process management (BPM), and case management solutions, with a focus on delivering scalable and high-quality applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop

Pega-based applications aligned with business requirements.

- Build and configure

Pega rules, flows, UI components, and integrations

.

- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Develop

BPM workflows

, case management, and decisioning components.

- Perform code reviews

, unit testing, and debugging to ensure quality delivery.

- Integrate Pega applications with external systems via

REST/SOAP APIs, messaging, and databases

.

- Optimize application performance and ensure compliance with

Pega best practices and guardrails

.

- Participate in

Agile/Scrum ceremonies

(sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives).

- Maintain documentation for applications, technical designs, and workflows.

- Support production deployments and resolve post-release issues.

Required Qualifications





- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 5–10+ years of experience in Pega development.

- Strong experience with

Pega PRPC / Pega Platform (version 7.x/8.x or above)

.

- Proficiency in:

- Case management & BPM concepts

- Data modeling

- UI design (Sections, Harness, Portals)

- Experience with

Pega integration tools

(REST, SOAP, Connectors/Services).

- Knowledge of

Java, SQL, and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

.

- Familiarity with

Agile development methodologies

.

- Pega certifications such as:

- CSA (Certified System Architect)

– required

- CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect)

– preferred

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with

Pega Decisioning (CDH)

or Robotics (RPA).

- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)

- Knowledge of

DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines

- Experience in industries such as banking, insurance, or telecom
