Job Title: Oracle FCCS Senior Consultant

Responsibilities:

- Lead Oracle FCCS design and implementation workshops and translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
- Configure FCCS metadata, dimensions, business rules, calculations, consolidation processes, and reporting solutions.
- Drive financial consolidation, close, and reporting transformation initiatives.
- Support HFM to FCCS migration activities, including analysis, design, configuration, data migration, validation, and reconciliation.
- Manage data integration using Oracle Data Management and EPM Automate.
- Configure and support Account Reconciliation and financial reporting processes.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
- Plan and manage SIT, UAT, cutover, deployment, and post-production support activities.
- Conduct user training and support business users during UAT and production adoption.
- Coordinate with Finance, IT, and leadership stakeholders throughout project delivery.
- Drive business process optimization through automation, standardization, and improved governance controls.
- Deliver FCCS transformation programs for global organizations and ensure successful project execution.




- Improve financial close cycle efficiency through automation and process standardization.
- Enhance reporting accuracy, data quality, and governance controls.

Skills:

- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close) implementation.
- Expertise in financial consolidation, financial close, and reporting transformation.
- Experience with HFM to FCCS migration and related transformation initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of FCCS metadata, dimensions, consolidation processes, business rules, and calculations.
- Experience with Oracle EPM Cloud, Data Management, and EPM Automate.
- Knowledge of Account Reconciliation and financial reporting solutions.
- Strong data management and system integration capabilities.
- Experience in business requirements gathering, solution design, and business process optimization.
- Hands-on experience with SIT, UAT, cutover, deployment, and post-production support.
- Strong user training, stakeholder management, and project delivery skills.
- Ability to work effectively with Finance, IT, business, and leadership stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of automation, standardization, reporting accuracy, and governance controls.
