About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and well-connected Senior Manager – Government Liaisoning to manage and strengthen relationships with government departments, municipal authorities, government agencies,

PSUs and other institutional bodies.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of government processes and the confidence to represent the organisation before senior government officials and relevant authorities.

The candidate will be responsible for government-facing communication, coordination, presentations, follow-

ups and facilitating discussions related to the organisation's engineering and infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Establish and maintain qualified relationships with government departments, municipal

corporations, government agencies, PSUs and other relevant authorities.
- Represent the organisation in meetings and discussions with government officials and institutional

stakeholders.
- Present and explain the organisation's automated parking, smart parking and engineering

solutions to relevant government authorities.
- Understand government requirements, processes, procedures and departmental expectations.
- Coordinate with internal technical, engineering and project teams to provide relevant information and

documentation to government bodies.
- Handle regular follow-ups and communication with concerned government departments and officials.
- Assist in matters related to government permissions, approvals, tenders, documentation and

institutional requirements, wherever applicable.
- Monitor relevant government projects, infrastructure initiatives and opportunities related to the

organisation's domain.
- Coordinate meetings,



presentations and discussions with senior officials and stakeholders.
- Maintain proper records of government interactions, meetings, discussions and follow-ups.
- Provide regular updates to management regarding ongoing discussions and developments with

government authorities.
- Travel as required for meetings and official discussions with government and institutional bodies.Desired Candidate Profile
- Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering,

Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of relevant professional experience in government liaisoning, government relations,

infrastructure, engineering projects or a similar field.
- Strong understanding of working with government departments, municipal bodies, PSUs and other

institutional authorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Should be confident and comfortable interacting with senior government officials and decision-

makers.
- Strong networking and relationship-management abilities.
- Good understanding of government procedures, documentation and official communication.
- Should be well-organized, proactive and capable of independently managing government-facing

responsibilities.
- Willingness to travel as required.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
