Sr. Manager - Building, Utilities & Other Infra for Liasoning with Govt Depts (Civil) Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Purpose of the role: Lead statutory liaison, regulatory compliance and government relations activities for the Greenfield Automotive Manufacturing Facility and ensure timely approvals, compliance adherence, project execution support and operational readiness throughout the infrastructure lifecycle Roles and responsibilities: Lead statutory, regulatory and government liaison activities for the Greenfield Automotive Manufacturing Facility to ensure timely approvals, clearances and compliance required for project execution, commissioning and Start of Production (SOP). Coordinate with MIDC, DISH, MPCB, Fire Department, Local Authorities, Pollution Control Boards and other regulatory agencies for obtaining approvals related to industrial buildings, infrastructure, utilities and factory operations.

Drive planning and tracking of approval schedules, compliance requirements and regulatory milestones to support project timelines and operational readiness. Review civil layouts, design submissions, technical documents and statutory drawings to ensure compliance with applicable laws, codes, standards and approval requirements. Coordinate with internal project teams, consultants,



contractors and government authorities to facilitate approvals, inspections, audits and statutory submissions related to infrastructure development.

Monitor statutory compliance status, license renewals, consent conditions and regulatory obligations, ensuring timely closure of observations and compliance gaps. Identify regulatory risks, approval bottlenecks and compliance issues, and implement mitigation plans to minimize project and operational impact. Support commissioning activities, occupancy approvals, factory licensing, environmental clearances and utility-related permissions to ensure seamless transition from project phase to operations.

Maintain statutory records, approval databases, compliance dashboards and documentation systems for effective governance and audit readiness. Support future plant expansions, infrastructure modifications and capacity enhancement projects by obtaining necessary statutory and regulatory approvals.

Experience 10-15 years in Liasoning and exposure to Greenfield project will be a added advantage Industry Preferred Automobile OEMs, Auto Components, EPC, Industrial Construction, Manufacturing Qualifications B.E./B.Tech Civil/Electrical/Mechanical/Environmental Engineering Experience Level Senior Level
