: Senior Manager – Finishes K Raheja Corp – Commercial / IT Office Projects

Role Summary The Senior Manager – Finishes will lead the planning, execution, quality control, and delivery of all interior and exterior finishing works for large-scale commercial, IT parks, and office development projects at K Raheja Corp. The role ensures high-quality workmanship, adherence to corporate standards, timely completion, and seamless coordination with design, MEP, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Finishes Execution & Quality Control

Oversee end-to-end finishes works including: Flooring (tiles, stone, vinyl, carpeting)

Wall finishes (painting, cladding, textured finishes)

False ceilings & partitions

Façade interfaces

Toilet finishes & fixtures

Joinery and interior fit-out elements

Ensure execution meets K Raheja Corp quality standards, specifications, and approved mock-ups.

Conduct regular QA/QC inspections, audits, and ensure defect-free delivery.

1. Project Planning & Monitoring

Prepare detailed execution plans, micro-schedules, and resource planning for finishes works. Track progress against project timelines and highlight delays or risks.

Ensure finishing works align with overall project milestones and handover timelines.

1. Coordination & Interface Management

Coordinate finishes activities with: MEP (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting)

Structural and Civil teams

Architects, interior designers, façade consultants

PMC teams and subcontractors





Ensure seamless integration between finishes and MEP services to avoid rework.
1. Vendor, Contractor & Material Management

Manage subcontractors for civil finishes, interior works, and façade interfacing. Review technical submittals, material approvals, shop drawings, and samples.

Track material procurement, delivery schedules, and inventory management.

Ensure all vendors adhere to safety, quality, and contractual obligations.

1. Quality, Safety & Compliance

Implement strict QA/QC checks for finishing materials and workmanship. Ensure compliance with safety protocols, site HSE standards, and statutory guidelines.

Drive resolution of quality issues, NCRs, and corrective actions.

1. Documentation & Handover

Maintain snag lists, inspection reports, test certificates, and quality records. Ensure preparation of as-built documentation and coordinated handover packages.

Support client/stakeholder inspections and ensure timely closure of punch points.

Qualifications & Experience

B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

12–20 years’ experience in finishes execution for large commercial, IT parks, office interiors, or premium real estate projects.

Solid understanding of materials, specifications, vendor capabilities, design standard & good leadership skills.

Experience working with Grade-A commercial developers or corporate office environments preferred.
