About the Role

We're looking for an engineer who doesn't just write Java. They understand how applications actually work, end to end. You'll own features across the stack, make architecture decisions that hold up under real-world load, and bring AI into everything we build. If you've shipped real projects where AI wasn't a buzzword but a working part of the system RAG pipelines, AI-assisted workflows, LLM integrations we want to talk to you.

What You'll Do

- Design, build, and ship robust applications with Java at the core, working across the full stack (backend, frontend, databases, APIs)
- Own and contribute to architecture decisions, you understand how systems are structured, how components interact, and how the whole ecosystem fits together
- Build and integrate RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems and modern AI tooling into our products
- Embed AI into engineering workflows to make the team faster and better, not just in your own work, but across projects




- Translate business requirements into clean technical solutions with minimal back-and-forth
- Collaborate closely with the team on-site in Jaipur

Must-Haves

- 4+ years of professional software development experience
- Java as your core language — deep command of the language, its ecosystem, and how JVM-based applications behave in production
- Full-stack capability — comfortable working across backend, frontend, databases, and APIs, with willingness to grow into complete ownership of features
- Robust architecture knowledge — you understand how applications and their surrounding ecosystem work, how architecture decisions are made, and why they matter; deep technical knowledge is non-negotiable
- Hands-on AI experience: Working knowledge of modern AI tools and how to apply them
- Real, shipped project experience implementing AI (not just tutorials or POCs)
- Experience implementing RAG systems
- Track record of integrating AI into workflows in projects you've worked on
- Demonstrated ability to use AI to increase engineering efficiency
- Strong English communication — written and verbal
- Sharp requirement comprehension — you grasp what's needed quickly and ask the right questions
- Spring Boot/microservices experience
- Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and LLM APIs

Good-to-Haves

- Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- CI/CD, Docker, containerized deployments
- React hands-on experience
