What You’ll Do

- Source, screen, and close top-tier IT talent for senior and niche roles.
- Partner directly with founders and hiring managers to understand and deliver on critical hiring needs.
- Build and nurture a high-quality talent network, not just a database.
- Drive end-to-end recruitment with ownership, from candidate engagement to offer negotiation.
- Leverage data and insights to refine sourcing strategies and improve hiring outcomes.

What You Bring

- Proven experience (5+ years) in IT recruitment , with a solid track record of closing senior-level or niche tech roles (e.g., engineers, architects, product managers).
- Exceptional communication skills (fluent English, both written and verbal).
- Resourcefulness and resilience:



ability to navigate ambiguity and solve problems independently.
- Deep understanding of the tech talent market, including trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive landscapes.
- Self-motivation and discipline to excel in a fully remote role.
- Tech-savviness : Familiarity with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other recruitment tools.
