We leverage technology and /n automation to deliver innovative solutions that enhance efficiency and improve /n patient outcomes while working closely with healthcare providers. /n /n Job Title: Senior Implementation Analyst /n /n Experience: 6+ years /n /n Key Responsibilities: /n • Execute implementation activities across lifecycle phases /n • Collaborate with clients to understand business needs, define requirements, and /n ensure accurate system configurations and rule setups /n • Configure product modules based on client workflows and requirements /n • Validate configurations through UAT support and scenario testing and troubleshoot /n configuration issues during implementation and post go-live /n • Work with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, customer /n success, and support to drive smooth implementations /n • Identify and escalate risks,



resolve issues proactively, and communicate status /n updates to stakeholders regularly /n • Foster strong client relationships to support retention and identify opportunities for /n upselling or expansion /n /n Required Qualifications: /n /n • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business, IT, or related field /n • Hands-on experience in implementations of SaaS products, preferably in healthcare /n or healthtech sectors /n • Solid understanding of healthcare industry standards (HL7, FHIR, X12) /n • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills /n • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service /n • Willingness to work overlapping time zones /n Preferred Qualifications: /n • Knowledge of clinical workflows and healthcare IT systems (EHR, EMR) /n /n If interested, Please share your resume to [email protected]
