Role Description The Senior Graphic Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, responsible for leading visual design initiatives across branding, digital campaigns, and marketing assets. This role involves designing and refining brand identities, creating logos and graphic elements, developing typography systems, and producing high-quality visuals for web, social media, presentations, and event promotions.

Daily responsibilities include managing multiple design projects, maintaining brand consistency, preparing production-ready files, and providing design guidance and feedback to junior team members or external creatives. The role also includes participating in creative brainstorming sessions, staying current with design trends and tools, and contributing to the continuous improvement of the agency’s visual standards.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Graphic Design and Graphics for digital and print media, with a portfolio demonstrating a range of creative work.
- Experience in Logo Design and Branding, including the development of cohesive visual identities and brand guidelines.
- Proficiency in Typography, with the ability to select, pair, and customize type to enhance readability and brand expression.
- Advanced proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma or similar).
- 5+ years of professional design experience, ideally in an agency or fast-paced marketing/branding workplace.
- Ability to interpret briefs, present design concepts, and incorporate feedback while maintaining design integrity.
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with motion graphics, UI design, or social media creatives is a plus.
