We are hiring a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer for our client, a product-focused technology company working with North American clients. The ideal candidate will have strong full-stack development experience and enjoy building production-grade applications, solving complex engineering problems, and taking ownership of features from development through production.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and own features end-to-end.
- Develop scalable frontend applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
- Develop backend services using Node.js, Express.js, or NestJS.
- Design and integrate REST APIs.
- Work with PostgreSQL/SQL databases.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
- Collaborate with North American engineering teams.
- Use modern AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with React and Node.js.
- Strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills.
- Experience with Next.js.
- Experience with Express.js and/or NestJS.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs.
- Experience with PostgreSQL and SQL.
- Experience building production-grade applications.
- Robust problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a startup/product environment.
Nice to Have
- AWS or other cloud experience.
- Docker.
- CI/CD.
- Grafana, Splunk, Datadog, or similar observability tools.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or Cursor.
