Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior GenAI / AI Backend Engineer with strong expertise in Python, Java, Spring Boot, LLMs, and LangGraph to design and develop scalable AI-powered enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building LLM-based applications, AI agents, RAG pipelines, and microservices integrated with enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop GenAI and Agentic AI applications using Python, LLMs, and LangGraph .
- Build scalable backend services and microservices using Python/FastAPI and Java/Spring Boot .
- Develop and integrate LLM-powered applications, AI agents, RAG pipelines, and conversational solutions .
- Implement agent workflows, tool calling, memory, orchestration, and human-in-the-loop capabilities using LangGraph .
- Work with LLM platforms such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or Gemini .
- Design event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka for real-time data processing and AI workflows.
- Develop REST APIs and integrate AI services with enterprise applications.
- Implement prompt engineering, embeddings, vector search, context management, and LLM evaluation.
- Work with databases and vector databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, pgvector, Pinecone, or FAISS .
- Ensure applications are secure, scalable, reliable, and production-ready.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, product teams, and business stakeholders to deliver enterprise AI solutions.

Required Technical Skills

Programming

- Strong proficiency in Python
- Strong experience with Java
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot
- Robust knowledge of REST APIs, microservices,



asynchronous programming, and distributed systems

Generative AI / LLM

- Hands-on experience with LLMs and Generative AI
- Experience with LangGraph
- Knowledge of LangChain or similar agentic AI frameworks
- Experience with RAG, embeddings, vector databases, prompt engineering, and function/tool calling
- Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or equivalent LLM platforms

Messaging & Integration

- Strong hands-on experience with Apache Kafka
- Kafka producers, consumers, topics, partitions, consumer groups, and event-driven architecture
- Experience integrating Kafka with Python/Java/Spring Boot applications

Cloud & DevOps

- Exposure to AWS / Azure / GCP
- Docker and Kubernetes knowledge
- CI/CD pipelines and Git
- Experience deploying production-grade AI applications

Preferred Skills
- Experience building Agentic AI / Multi-Agent systems
- Knowledge of FastAPI
- Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, or similar databases
- Experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI
- Knowledge of observability, LLM evaluation, guardrails, and AI security
- Experience working on enterprise-scale GenAI implementations

Education Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field .

Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is a strong Python + Java backend engineer who has transitioned into Generative AI/Agentic AI development , with practical experience using LangGraph, LLMs, Spring Boot, and Kafka to build production-grade enterprise solutions.
