We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Frontend Developer with 10+ years of software engineering experience and robust expertise in React and modern frontend technologies. The candidate will be responsible for architecting, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance web applications and will work closely with product, UX, backend, and AI engineering teams. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on development capabilities, architectural thinking, and experience mentoring frontend engineers.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop scalable, responsive web applications using React.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.

- Define frontend architecture, coding standards, reusable component libraries, and development practices.

- Build complex UI workflows integrating RESTful APIs and backend services.

- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.

- Work closely with UX/UI designers to translate designs into high-quality production interfaces.

- Collaborate with backend, AI/ML, DevOps, QA, and product teams.

- Develop reusable frontend components and establish design-system practices.

- Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior and mid-level developers.

- Identify and resolve performance, security, and scalability issues.

- Drive adoption of modern frontend engineering practices and tools.





- Participate in architecture and technology decisions.

- Ensure high standards of code quality, testing, documentation, and maintainability.

Required Skills

- 10+ years of software development experience.

- Strong hands-on experience with React.js.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript.

- Experience with HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and modern browser technologies.

- Strong knowledge of React hooks, state management, component architecture, and performance optimization.

- Experience with frameworks/libraries such as Redux, React Query, Next.js or equivalent.

- Strong experience consuming and integrating REST APIs.

- Experience with frontend testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress or Playwright.

- Understanding of Git-based development workflows.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Strong debugging and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Next.js and server-side rendering.

- Experience building enterprise-scale applications.

- Experience with micro-frontends.

- Exposure to cloud platforms, preferably AWS.

- Experience integrating AI/GenAI-powered features into web applications.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
