About the Role:

Winseed India are seeking a Senior Finance & Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities Include:

- Managing accounts payable and receivable
- Completing bank, vendor and customer reconciliations
- Monitoring cash flow and preparing regular MIS reports
- Managing PF, ESI, TDS and GST calculations, payments and statutory filings
- Preparing TDS returns and certificates, including Forms 16 and 16A
- Reconciling TDS records with Form 26AS
- Preparing and filing GST returns, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9 and GSTR-9C
- Ensuring compliance with GST e-Invoicing, e-Way Bill and HSN/SAC requirements
- Supporting GST and TDS assessments, departmental notices, audits and related matters
- Coordinating with auditors, tax consultants and government authorities




- Reconciling physical and book stock and investigating discrepancies
- Supporting month-end and year-end close processes
- Assisting with balance sheet schedules and profit and loss reporting

What We're Looking For:

- B.Com, M.Com, MBA in Finance or CA Inter preferred
- At least 5–8 years’ experience in accounting and statutory compliance
- Hands-on experience with PF, ESI, TDS and GST filings is essential
- Sound knowledge of Accounting Standards and experience using ERP systems
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and PivotTables
- Excellent attention to detail, numerical accuracy and deadline management
- Robust communication and coordination skills
