Senior Engineer - Cloud & Infra Management

About the Role

We are looking for a Network / Cloud Infrastructure Engineer with solid expertise in Cisco networking, routing, firewalls, VPNs, and cloud networking. The role focuses on production infrastructure operations, network monitoring, incident management, automation, and supporting cloud environments in a structured NOC setup.

The role involves supporting production network and cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure environments, including VPC/VNet, TGW/VWAN, WAF, IAM/RBAC, observability, and SIEM handoffs. Engineers will maintain operational runbooks and use Terraform and scripting to execute controlled infrastructure changes.

The position also involves monitoring production environments, troubleshooting incidents, supporting infrastructure cutovers, and validating changes through standardized testing. The engineer will work within a rotating shift model with defined handovers and operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and support production network and cloud infrastructure
- Configure and troubleshoot routing, firewalls, VPNs, and cloud networking
- Support Cisco routers, switches, and wireless infrastructure
- Maintain operational runbooks covering IAM/RBAC, VPC/VNet, TGW/VWAN, WAF, and observability
- Execute approved infrastructure changes using Terraform and scripts
- Monitor and troubleshoot incidents using CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, and Splunk
- Support infrastructure cutovers and perform standardized validation testing




- Contribute to incident resolution, SOP compliance, and continuous NOC improvement

Shift Structure

- Shift 1: 06:00 – 15:00
- Shift 2: 13:30 – 22:30
- Shift 3: 21:30 – 06:30
- Each shift includes 8 hours of work + 1-hour break
- Shift rotation: Every 4 weeks to balance night-shift fatigue
- Shift handover: Built-in overlap for smooth transitions
- Working arrangement: All work from the Availity office
- Holidays: 2 days holiday

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of experience in network and infrastructure operations, with strong hands-on expertise in Cisco routing, switching, and wireless technologies. The candidate should be comfortable supporting production environments, troubleshooting incidents, following operational procedures, and working in a rotating shift-based NOC environment.
