Flexwolf is looking for a highly creative E-commerce & Brand Graphic Designer with solid experience in fashion, activewear, streetwear, or DTC e-commerce.

We need someone who can take raw model/product photography and turn it into premium, high-impact campaign graphics for our entire brand.

This is not a basic Canva/social media design position.

What You’ll Work On

- High-end email campaign graphics for Klaviyo
- Meta & Instagram ad creatives
- Website banners and hero graphics
- Product launches and collection drops
- Sale and promotional campaigns
- Social media graphics and Stories
- Product feature graphics
- Lifestyle/editorial compositions
- Retargeting and performance ad creatives

What We’re Looking ForStrong Adobe Photoshop skills are mandatory. You should be confident with:

- Photo manipulation and compositing
- Model/product cutouts and masking
- Retouching and color grading
- Background manipulation
- Typography and visual hierarchy
- Textures, lighting, shadows and effects
- Combining multiple models/products into one composition
- Creating polished campaign graphics from raw assets

Experience with Figma and Adobe Illustrator is preferred. You should understand the visual style of modern activewear, gymwear, streetwear and fashion brands and be able to create both clean premium designs and bold,



high-energy campaign creatives.

Email DesignYou will also create image-first email campaigns where photography, typography, promotional messaging and CTAs are designed together as complete visual compositions and prepared for use in Klaviyo.

Klaviyo experience is a plus but not required. Your primary responsibility is the creative/design side.

What We DON’T WantWe’re not looking for someone whose experience is mainly:

- Basic Canva templates
- Generic social media posts
- Logos/business cards
- Restaurant flyers
- Corporate graphics

We need a designer with a strong fashion/e-commerce eye who can contribute creative ideas instead of simply following instructions. Portfolio RequiredApplications without a portfolio will not be considered.

Your portfolio should ideally include fashion, apparel, activewear, streetwear, e-commerce advertising or similar campaign work.

Shortlisted candidates will be given one paid creative test using Flexwolf assets.

We care more about your portfolio, Photoshop ability, creative taste and attention to detail than degrees or certificates.
