Job Responsibilities

Marketplace Operations

Manage daily operations on Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.

Monitor order processing, dispatch status, returns, cancellations, and customer issues.

Maintain marketplace listing accuracy and account health.

Update product titles, descriptions, pricing, images, offers, and inventory.

Coordinate with marketplace support teams for claims and escalations.

Support promotional campaigns and marketplace sales events.

Shopify &

- D2C Operations

Manage end-to-end Shopify backend operations.

Process website orders and inventory updates.

Upload products, pricing, discount codes, and stock updates.

Coordinate with logistics partners for dispatch and deliveries.

Maintain accurate product information across the Shopify store.

Quick Commerce Operations

Manage operations across

- Warehouse Management

Monitor inventory across marketplaces and D2C channels.

Coordinate stock movement with warehouse teams.

Prevent stock-outs and excess inventory.

Maintain SKU-level inventory reports.

Ensure accurate inventory synchronization across all platforms.





B2B Order Management

Process distributor and institutional orders.

Coordinate dispatch schedules.

Track order fulfilment and delivery timelines.

Support invoice and documentation processes.

Coordinate with finance for payment reconciliation.

Reporting &

- Analytics

Prepare daily sales, inventory, order, and return reports.

Analyse SKU performance and platform-wise sales.

Create dashboards using Excel.

Track marketplace KPIs and operational performance.

Provide actionable insights to management.

Returns &

- Claims Management

Manage returns, RTOs, and damaged products.

Coordinate claim reconciliation with marketplaces.

Track deductions, penalties, and recoveries.

Work with finance teams on payout reconciliation.

Profile Criteria

2–6 years of experience in E-commerce Operations, Marketplace Operations, or D2C Operations.

Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.

Experience managing Shopify backend operations.

Exposure to Quick Commerce platforms such as Zepto, Blinkit, BigBasket, or Swiggy Instamart.

Strong knowledge of inventory management, order fulfilment, and warehouse coordination.

Excellent analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency.

Ability to manage multiple marketplaces simultaneously.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
