Role Description The Senior Designer will work full time on-site in India, collaborating closely with production, client servicing, and event management teams to create visually compelling concepts and designs for events and brand experiences. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing creative concepts, designing event layouts and stage sets, creating branding and visual identity elements, and producing digital and print collateral.

The role involves translating client briefs into impactful design solutions, preparing presentations and mood boards, and ensuring design consistency across all touchpoints.

The Senior

Designer will also oversee design execution, coordinate with vendors and production teams,



and maintain high quality standards under tight timelines. Mentoring junior designers, contributing to pitch decks, and staying updated on design and experiential trends will be key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in visual and graphic design, including experience with event-related design, branding, and layout for digital and print materials.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; 2D/3D visualization tools are a plus).
- Experience in experiential, event, or production design, with the ability to translate concepts into practical stage, set, and environmental designs.
- Ability to interpret client briefs, conduct basic research for concepts and mood boards, and present ideas clearly to stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills, with the capacity to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Comfort working on-site with production teams, vendors, and cross-functional colleagues, including occasional extended hours around major events.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Prior experience in a senior or lead designer role within event management, experiential marketing, or creative agencies is highly desirable.
- Positive communication skills and the ability to mentor junior designers and contribute positively to a collaborative team environment.
