Process: US Telecom International Voice
Shift: Rotational Shift
Working Days: 5 Days Working | Rotational Week Off
Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer calls for a US telecom client.
Resolve customer queries related to mobile, internet, billing, plans,
Deliver excellent customer service while meeting quality and productivity targets.
Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system.
Follow company policies and process guidelines.
Eligibility
Graduate/Undergraduate.
Excellent English communication skills.
Minimum 1 year of International Voice Bpo experience preferred
