Senior Copywriter - Performance Marketing

What You'll Do

- Social Copywriting (Hindi English)

- Write engaging captions, hooks, scripts, and ad copy for Instagram, YouTube, and digital campaigns

- Create copy for Reels, Shorts, carousels, static posts, and videos

- Adapt tone effortlessly - conversational, emotional, devotional, playful - based on the brief

- Content Thinking Strategy

- Start with explicit Target Groups (TG) and map them to relevant content buckets

- Think in hypotheses, not just ideas; (Why will this work For whom What are we testing)

- Break down products into: Feature-led

- Break down products into: Benefit-led

- Break down products into: Belief-led narratives

- Campaigns Collaboration

- Support brand and product campaigns with clear, compelling copy

- Collaborate closely with designers, video editors, and marketers to deliver polished, on-brand content

- Translate briefs into strong, copy-led concepts

- Testing Iteration

- Define objectives,



success metrics, and key learnings for content buckets

- Learn from performance and iterate fast

- Stay on top of trends, pop culture, and internet behaviour to keep content fresh and relevant

What We're Looking For

- 3-4 years of experience in copywriting / content writing for digital-first or consumer brands

- Strong command over Hindi and English (Hinglish writers welcome)

- Proven experience writing:

- Social media copy

- Ad copy

- Reels / Shorts / YouTube scripts

- Strong sense of storytelling, hooks, and audience-first writing

- Comfortable working in a rapid-paced startup environment

- Ability to think end-to-end

- TG Insight Hypothesis Content Test Learn Iterate
