Key Responsibilities:

- Develop High-Quality Copy: Create impactful, clear, engaging, and persuasive copy/content for a variety of channels, including website, social media, email marketing, product descriptions, blogs, press releases, and ad copy.
- Content Strategy Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and increase conversions.
- Creative Collaboration: Work closely with designers, marketers, and other team members to develop integrated campaigns that communicate the brand message effectively.
- SEO & Digital Content: Optimize web and digital content for search engines (SEO), ensuring high visibility and engagement across platforms.
- Proofreading & Editing: Review and edit copy to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Campaign Performance: Analyse the performance of copy and provide insights to improve future campaigns and content strategies.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 6 Years of Experience: Proven experience as a Copywriter with at least 5 years in the industry, preferably in-house with a brand, not just an agency.
- Portfolio of Work: A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to write across different formats, including digital, print, and multimedia.
- Brand Experience: Experience working with brands (preferably consumer-facing) and creating content that strengthens brand identity.
- Creative Mindset:



Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas that stand out.
- Excellent Writing Skills: Superior writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Collaboration: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute creatively to group discussions.
- Digital & Social Media Savvy: Understanding of social media trends, SEO best practices, and how to engage an online audience.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

- Content Management Systems (CMS): Experience with platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or other content management systems.
- Analytics: Ability to analyze and interpret content performance data to optimize future strategies.
- Marketing Knowledge: Solid understanding of marketing concepts, customer psychology, and how to drive conversions through copy.

Bonus Skills:

- Experience writing for luxury real estate or premium brands.
- Knowledge of branding principles and marketing strategy.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
- Basic understanding of UX writing.
