Subcontractor Area(s) of responsibility 6+ years of hands-on experience with Apache Cassandra and/or DataStax Enterprise administration.

- Mandatory certification: DataStax Certified Cassandra Administrator.
- Mandatory hands-on experience with Ansible for automation, configuration management, deployment orchestration, and operational standardization.
- Robust experience in creating and maintaining Ansible playbooks, roles, inventories, and reusable automation components.
- Strong understanding of Cassandra architecture, including replication, partitioning, consistency levels, compaction strategies, repair mechanisms, and performance tuning.
- Strong experience in Linux server administration across RHEL, CentOS, or Ubuntu environments.
- Solid scripting skills in Shell/Bash; Python knowledge preferred.
- Experience with monitoring and alerting tools for database and infrastructure environments.
- Solid knowledge of backup/recovery, disaster recovery, high availability, and production support practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues across database, OS, and automation layers.
