/n Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated BIM (Building Information Modeling) Architect to join our dynamic team. As a BIM Architect, you will play a pivotal role in integrating technology into our design and construction processes, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and collaboration among various project stakeholders. /n /n Roles and Responsibilities- /n /n
- Prepare 3D models in Revit for all types of Buildings.
/n
- Prepare conceptual, detailed, and construction drawings using Revit and AutoCAD as per project requirements.
/n
- Should be able to coordinate and collaborate with other disciplines.
/n
- Develop schematic and detailed level BIM models including interior and exterior architectural elements.
/n
- Conduct constructability analysis through prediction of clashes, RFIs, and potential safety hazards through BIM models
/n
- Conversion of laser scan point cloud into information-rich BIM models and generation of drawings and as-built data for renovation purposes
/n
- Attend and /or manage model coordination meetings and document project BIM meetings (write minutes).
/n
- Extending the 3D models to 4D and 5D BIM through the integration of Time and Cost parameters within the BIM model
/n
- Use Navisworks for Multi-Disciplinary Clash Detection.
/n
- Produce quantity reports per Client requirements.
/n
- Develop the modeling schedule.
/n
- Timely and accurate preparation of BIM models, shop drawings, etc.
/n
- Maintain model health as per BIM Best Practices Guidelines.
/n
- Demonstrate a deep interest in learning new skills. Software and knowledge.

- Ability to work both independently as well as part of a team.

- Skills Preferred-

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.
/n
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other relevant BIM software applications.

- Robust understanding of building systems, construction techniques, and industry standards.

- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work within multidisciplinary teams.
