NOTE: This role is for both Jaipur & Ahmedabad Location /n /n /n /n We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior BIM Engineer / Senior BIM Architect to join our BIM team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in BIM coordination, Revit-based modeling, and construction documentation for US-based projects. This role requires leadership capabilities, project coordination skills, and the ability to independently manage project deliverables while guiding junior team members. /n The candidate should have a solid understanding of BIM workflows, architectural detailing, and US building standards, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and clients. /n /n Key Responsibilities /n /n /n

- Lead and manage BIM modeling and drafting activities for architectural and construction projects.

/n

- Prepare and review detailed design and construction documents using Revit and AutoCAD.

/n

- Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and clients to ensure accurate and timely project delivery.

/n

- Develop BIM models, working drawings, elevations, sections, schedules, and detailed documentation.

/n

- Review project drawings for quality, accuracy, compliance, and adherence to client standards.

/n

- Interpret design concepts, sketches, and markups to produce high-quality technical drawings.

/n

- Conduct clash detection, coordination reviews, and model validations where required.

/n

- Ensure compliance with BIM standards, workflows, and US building codes.

/n

- Guide, mentor, and supervise junior BIM engineers, architects, and drafting team members.

/n





- Manage project timelines, priorities, and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

/n

- Participate in project meetings and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

/n

- Support process improvements and implementation of BIM best practices across projects.

/n /n Minimum Qualifications /n /n /n

- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.

/n

- Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in BIM modeling, architectural drafting, and construction documentation.

/n

- Advanced proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.

/n

- Strong knowledge of BIM workflows, standards, and coordination processes.

/n

- Experience working on US-based residential and commercial projects.

/n

- Sound understanding of US Building Codes and construction standards is mandatory.

/n

- Excellent detailing, visualization, and technical documentation skills.

/n

- Solid leadership, communication, and team management abilities.

/n

- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

/n

- Proficiency in MS Office applications.

- Experience with BIM coordination and clash detection tools such as Navisworks.

/n

- Working knowledge of SketchUp, BIM 360, or other BIM collaboration platforms.

/n

- Experience leading teams and managing project workflows.

/n

- Ability to mentor junior team members and improve drafting standards.

/n

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
