Role Description The Senior Beauty Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore, responsible for delivering a premium customer experience in-store. This role involves advising customers on skincare and personal care routines, recommending suitable Kimirica products, and demonstrating product usage to support informed decisions. The consultant will drive retail sales, maintain visual merchandising standards, and ensure the store setting reflects the brand’s luxury and wellness positioning.

Daily tasks include building long-term client relationships, managing customer feedback,



staying updated on new launches and formulations, and collaborating with the team to achieve sales and service goals.

Qualifications

- Solid foundation in cosmetology and skin care, with the ability to assess customer needs and suggest appropriate routines.
- In-depth product knowledge across skincare, bath and body, and wellness categories to explain benefits, ingredients, and usage clearly.
- Excellent customer service skills, including active listening, empathy, and the ability to create a welcoming, inclusive store experience.
- Proven retail sales abilities, including upselling, cross-selling, and achieving individual and store-level targets.
- Relevant experience in beauty, cosmetics, or luxury retail; professional certification in cosmetology or skincare is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and local languages preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Indore, including weekends and peak retail hours, and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Commitment to ethical, vegan, and cruelty-free beauty standards, and enthusiasm for wellness-focused lifestyle products.
