About Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Automation Engineer to join our Engineering team and drive the development of intelligent automation platforms, internal engineering tools, and AI-powered productivity solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Python, workflow automation, AI/ML technologies, Large Language Models (LLMs), and enterprise system integrations. In this role, you will be responsible for building scalable automation solutions, agentic AI applications, developer productivity tools, and intelligent assistants that improve operational efficiency across engineering and business functions.

You will partner with engineering, platform, DevOps, and business teams to identify automation opportunities and implement innovative solutions that enhance productivity and business outcomes.

What You'll Do:

- Design, develop, and maintain internal platforms, tools, and automation solutions to improve engineering productivity.
- Build agentic AI applications capable of reasoning, planning, task execution, and decision-making.
- Develop intelligent assistants using AI, machine learning, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Create workflow automation solutions leveraging APIs, event-driven architectures, and orchestration frameworks.
- Build developer productivity tools for testing, deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and operational support.
- Design and develop scalable backend services supporting enterprise automation initiatives.
- Integrate automation solutions with enterprise applications, cloud platforms, and internal systems.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to identify repetitive processes and automate manual activities.
- Measure automation effectiveness through productivity, efficiency, and operational metrics.
- Establish best practices for software quality, reliability, security, maintainability, and scalability.
- Develop reusable automation frameworks,



libraries, and shared components.
- Support deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of automation platforms.
- Drive adoption of automation-first practices across engineering and operational teams.
- Participate in architecture reviews and technical design discussions.
- Document automation workflows, technical designs, and operational procedures.
- Mentor engineers on automation technologies, AI-powered development, and software architecture best practices.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative automation approaches.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
- 8-12 years of experience in software development, automation engineering, or platform engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python development and scripting.
- Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise automation solutions.
- Hands-on experience building internal tools, engineering productivity platforms, and workflow automation systems.
- Strong understanding of APIs, REST services, and system integration patterns.
- Experience designing and implementing event-driven architectures.
- Hands-on experience working with AI/ML technologies and intelligent automation platforms.
- Experience leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI technologies.
- Knowledge of AI orchestration frameworks and agentic application development.
- Experience developing scalable backend services and distributed systems.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.




- Strong understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns.
- Experience integrating automation solutions across enterprise systems and cloud environments.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and Agile delivery practices.
- Ability to identify process inefficiencies and design effective automation solutions.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience working in Agile and cross-functional engineering teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
